Jason is very helpful. One of if not the only ones that will work on appliances. Small town feel with a bit of large corporation customer satisfaction. More of an old time store but they service what they sell. Better than home depot in my opinion and with my experience. Small enough to actually care about the customer. While in the big box stores the customers get lost in the corporate pressure to sell sell sell. Once the customer is out the door it's on to the next pocket book. If you have a problem it's back of the line please. Give Letz's a try and don't be put off by the 1950s store front. Talk to Jason and let him help you. He's not a polished salesman but he will help you and care about the sale and your satisfaction.

Rude!!! I thought that I had an appointment with Letz's scheduled through Whirlpool regarding a defective part on my new appliance. I had scheduled the date with a flexible five hour time window for this appointment a week ahead of time. I planned my entire schedule around this. On the day of the appointment, after waiting three hours, I called Letz's to determine when their technician would arrive. The man on the phone practically barked at me, saying that he was rejecting all Whirlpool appointments because he was too busy with his own customers and that I was basically S.O.L. After this experience, I don't plan on ever being one of "his own customers".

Was blatantly lied to! I have a Samsung refrigerator that is under warranty, i called and asked if they worked on Samsung, the guy said, "no, no one in Casper is authorized to work on Samsung. You cant even get parts for Samsung" i thought, thats weird, why is it Samsung premium care tell me that Appliance Doctor IS authorized to work on Samsung? I get it, you dont want to void my warranty with Samsung, but Letzs knows Appliance Doctor IS authorized to work on Samsung. Letzs also told me, no one can even get parts for Samsung cause they build them to only last 2 years so you have to buy another one then goes on to tell me, "when I'm ready to buy a new one to go them cause we service what we sell cause all our appliances are made in the USA" another blatant lie! Simple google search showed me that! All you had to do was be honest with me, lying to me only sealed your fate as a dishonest company! Never will I do business with them! Appliance Doctor fixed my SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR WITHIN FOUR DAYS! AND DID IT UNDER WARRANTY!
