Sears then canceled the order and marked my washer as repaired. So had to reschedule and when second guy showed up, he had to order the parts again. Finally got it fixed this month, August after starting the repair process in January. I will say that the techs that showed up were both very nice and professional. It is to bad the rest of the Sears team wasn't like them. |
