| Randall Watts | As always.....the back desk and personnel in the store are courteous and take care of you....Out back....self service I know....but as always no one to help or move stuff.....yet I walk in the store through the back and counted 10 associates standing around and bs ing.......It would seem that customers that spend thousands of dollars would get better service.... can't complain about prices.....but I firmly believe the best impression of a store and the brand is as I am leaving do I look forward to coming back...... definitely not the Casper store..... |
