Had a 25 year old furnace go out on a Monday. It was purchased from Logan. Service Tech came out after I called on Monday, diagnosed problem and determined unit had reached end of life. Sales rep came out on Tuesday to do measurements and provide a solution and quote. Checked other companies and the two that I contacted; one couldn't come out for 3days and the other was determined to replace furnace and A/C. Went with Ryan's proposal. Logan had to order the furnace and said it would probably be first of the next week. The furnace came in sooner than expected and they got me scheduled for Friday. Installation was seamless and had heat for a cold weekend. The installation guys were professional and cleaned up like no one had even been there. They also installed a new thermostat that I had purchased. Twenty five years with Logan and have never been disappointed, top shelf service.

I purchased a Carrier heat pump from Logan some 20 years ago. Logan serviced it two times a year for all those years. Earlier this year I noticed it wasn't as efficient as normal so I just decided it was time to replace the system. The one call I made was to Logan. There was never a second thought about that. Their rep John Wood came out in a couple of days to take a look at things and determine what was best for me. By the end of the day he emailed me two options. I actually was out of town and pulled off the road to read both proposals. After deciding which option was best for me, I contacted John. He assured me he would get a date to schedule the removal and installation. The next day I got a call from Logan and the date was set. Their team was prompt on the arrival at my home and went to work. It was a full day for the three installers. They removed the old system and installed the new Carrier plus some updates that I needed and had it all completed and checked out. Plus they hauled off the old system. When the electrical inspector came to inspect the system. He told me it was certainly a nice installation. I certainly agree!!!

Logan Home Energy was so easy to work with and made the process of buying a new HVAC virtually painless, explained every step thoroughly, connected me with perks through Duke, and provided paperwork for a tax rebate. In addition, they installed the system in the midst of a TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR and tornado warning. Cannot sing the praises of this company enough.
