The only problem is when you call in for a service call under the extended warranty you do not always get the person you request and that is very frustrating especially since Douglas had found the problem after 2 other guys came and told me there was nothing wrong. Wish the repair department was better at handling the phone calls. As for Douglas I would certainly recommend him to anyone as he knows what he is doing. |
