Technician came to the house. Dectermined the problem quickly. Had the appropriate replacement parts in his van. Fixed everything quickly. Cleaned up everything. All covered under original manufacturer warranty!

Think twice before hiring. The service representative did not want to clean my washer and dryer, which was the service I signed up for and paid 99. He wanted to leave after 25 minutes after performing a cursory functions check. I had to insist he clean the dryer, which he did so begrudgingly. He claims he vacuumed the dryer, but he did not bring a vacuum with him. He claims he cleaned the inside of the washer, but he did not open the machine. The checklist from Sears is very long and I don't see how it could be done in less than one hour. The service rep was not very friendly..no hello, thank you or goodbye.

I called and set up a repair appointment, as the heating element went out in my oven. I was told I'd have to pay a trip charge fee of 89 plus cost of part. I had to sign for the repair before it was done. The repair man took a total of 15 minutes to hook up his diagnostic tool to confirm it was the baking/heating element and to replace it. I was charged 156 for labor! So a total of 293 for a 46 repair, with only a 90 day warranty! When I called customer service to find out why the labor cost was so high, I was told they have no control over how much their repairmen charge. Really? No wonder Sears is going out of business. They are crooked!!!

They arrived in time, serviceman was professional and polite, cleaned up etc. The problem was not fixed, and I'm going to have to schedule another appointment.
