| Joe Byer | Ron was great! He is the owner of KC Appliance and Repair. Ron had a friendly demeanor. Our refrigerator stopped working sometime Friday in the middle of the night. We called around to eight other appliance companies on Saturday morning before we found KC Appliance and Repair. Ron said he would be over in a few hours. Sure enough, he was at our house at the time he said he would be. He was very knowledgeable about our refrigerator and figured out what was wrong within 15 minutes. Some component had worn out and he had the part and replaced it right there. I definitely will be calling Ron again if the need arises. |
