Appliance Repair by Best Buy in Elizabethtown, Kentucky

My family came in to the store this week to purchase a TV and laptop. The supervisor I assume came up to us asking if we needed help to which we said we were just looking and he was very gracious and kind saying to let him know if we needed anything. After we decided on the TV, we talked to the supervisor again and he had Meagan help us with our purchase. She was fast and knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! She had a lot of patience with us not knowing for sure what kind of laptop we wanted to get and was a huge help in picking what we needed in our budget. We had a wonderful experience and thank Best Buy in E'town for everything they did for us!

I went into the store to look at the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2. To get a better idea on what they looked like in person. When I looked at their website I seen they had price match guarantee. So when I was in there they had two of the black 40mm models on sale because they were open boxes for 248. They had the 44mm on amazon for the same price so i didnt want to pay that for an opened box. So I asked if they price match amazon and they did. So I decided to buy the watch in store and do not regret it. Service was nice as always. The employee took the watches from the opened boxes and let me see them to make sure they didnt have scratches and what not even though I didnt decide to buy them. Prices are somewhat higher than most but as said they do price match advertised prices so that's a nice deal.

Descent to good customer service depending who you talk with, also some seem quick to brush you off depending on the clothes your wearing. Management to me has been great so far no issues at all. Store is always clean.
