| Jonathan Hahn | We first stopped in to check getting our vaccuum fixed because we are new to this town. Owner stated we would work with us since he charges differently since we were not customers of his. When we took our vaccuums in he charged us an outrageous price and then stated he would cut our bill in half since he charges twice the amount if you are not a customer if we bought a vacuum from him. We only wanted our vaccuums and asked if he would work with us like he stated prior and once again he said only if we bought a vacuum. I told him i would have never brought our vaccuums to him if we had to buy something to get a deal. My fault for not asking i guess. Never again will i trust someones deal unless i get it in writing exactly what it is. That is bad business! |
