He performed an inspection as well as fixed what he called a minor repair nail/screw issue. He went over his inspection and recommendations. His inspection confirmed what we already knew, but due to the fact that he was honest and up front with what repairs vs temporary fixes were needed, earned our confidence and business for our garage door replacement. The minor repair was not charged, he could have charged us 75, for hammering some nails and adding some screws, but he did not. He was honest about what he did and what that was worth. In addition, he went over the different garages there features, benefits, and prices. He even went over the other services they offer, plumber, air conditioning & heating etc. I had a great experience with Absolute Overhead Door Service, from the initial call to the end of the process.
