The manager is super friendly and knowledgeable and he has always gone above and beyond each time I visited. A+ customer service. I got two really awesome deals here on two really great appliances. So far I've had no issues with either, but even if I do have an issue, the prices here were so good I was able to purchase the top tier protection plan with my appliances which has superb repair coverage so I'm covered! Not to mention, my appliances were still cheaper than competitors prices even with the top tier protection AND if you do find it cheaper than they have it, they price match! Manager told me they will be doing a grand reopening once the pandemic restrictions are over. They will have much more inventory, including a large selection of mattresses. I will be going back next time I need a new appliance. |
