He called and said he was on his way and was here by 2:15 supposedly 2:30 but being early was fine with me. Technician was awesome with his service start to end. My washer is working and I am thankful about that!

Diagnosis of the dryer was fast. Repair took less than an hour. Price over all was reasonable. Dryer is running like new.

I called to have my washer looked at because the spin cycle was not working. A technician actually was out within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. I was told that the part would be in within a week. I had to call them after a week to see where my part was. With scheduling conflicts it took them two more days to come out and fix it. When they left I ran a cycle and my washer was still not working. I have been without a washer for over a week and a half and asked them to come out the next day to fix again the problem that wasn't fixed in the first place which I already paid for. They could not accommodate my schedule even though I paid for services already and pushed me out another 3 days. They are not concerned with any urgency. They do not care I got a text back from the tech saying sorry?! I was texted back... "refunded your money, have a good night!" What kind of company just blows you off because they couldn't fix the problem and weren't urgent enough to come back and try and rectify the problem ? Do not ever call these people. Even their customer service at the main office is inadequate and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
