Appliance Repair by LA Appliance Service Inc in Santa Clarita, California

I did not have a good experience with this company. Their follow up is terrible. Even though they were contracted by my home warranty company to call me to schedule the service, I found myself having to call them to schedule. They told me they would call me within 24 hours - they did not. Once the repairman came out, I was informed he did not have the part my washer needed which created additional delays in my service. One month after the repair, my washer began to leak again and when I called to reschedule, the receptionist insisted I had to wait SIX 6 days for a repairman to come out again to "evaluate" the problem. Needless to say I did not wait. I called my warranty company to complain and I was reassigned another company South Valley Appliance who came out the next day to resolve the issue.

Called at 930 am to see if they had a part in stock. Could not tell us the status till end of day. We went somewhere else. Woman on the phone was nice so I added a star back.

Bad business, They come for service they charge 95.00 to give a repair estimate on LG refrigerator , that it should be taken off the labor if they do the work. But they called later to tell me they can not do the job , give no estimate , and no diagnostic. This is a rip off.
