| N J | Shame on Lowes for continuing to use this company for their extended warranty after all these horrible reviews. This company called 1/2 hour before the end of scheduled window appointment to tell me they received the wrong parts. They told me 5 days earlier the parts had come in but apparently they don't check to see if their the right ones. Again this is assuming they really did receive the wrong parts. I had to take off work for them to NOT show up! I will never purchase any appliance from Lowes or Home Depot as they use this same company from what I see in reviews let alone an extended warranty. Run as fast as you can from this place!! |
