A I Neiss | Unfortunately, my experience with Caesar's was almost hard to believe. Two days ago, I ordered service on line for two different appliances stating exactly what was wrong and what had to be replaced by manufacturer's part number. Today, I received a call where I was told that due to virus concerns, they were short on technicians and that in order to service my appliances, they would first need to "diagnose the problems" for 150 and that they needed to "run my credit card" over the phone. When I pushed back and said I knew exactly what was wrong and which parts would be required, they said I could order the parts through them and pay separately for the labor....but there would be no warranty on the job...period. They may well be a good company with decent techs, but at least in my experience, it felt more like extortion. The good news is that are other good companies more than happy to service my appliances without the up front charge! |
Sterling Vozenilek | Caesar's sent out an extremely knowledgeable technician named Jay. He had worked on Bertazzoni ovens before, was familiar with the part needed and knew how to fix the problem. No one else who had looked at the oven had a clue. I will always ask Fidelity Home Warranty to send a Caesar's technician out when I need a repair!!! Better yet, I''ll ask them to send Jay - he's dependably great! |
