I remember when you could go to HD and there were informed employees who could answer any questions, or would seek out an answer. I went in for 3 pieces of redwood and it took over 45 minutes. I eventually just bought what I hope will work. One kid told me they can't cut redwood because of the chemicals they put in it to make it red. This makes me rethink if it's safe to visit the Redwood Forest.

Started with Ken on the phone in plumbing who got my item off the shelf and took it to the front service department, still on the phone I then asked for a store mgr so i could discuss the purchase of this electric temporary water heater long story now at the front of the store while i was on the phone. Blake came to the phone and the rest is now history, but the response to everything i needed to make this happen was impressive, including the two guys who delivered it to me, and would not let me tip them.
