| Laura Dailey | I called to schedule an appointment as my refrigerator went out. Was able to get same day appointment and said my window was 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. At 1:00 pm I called as the tech had not shown/called for the appointment. I was told that the tech would call me back to let me know when he could show. Called again at 1:45 pm and was told he would call - at 2:20 I received a text stating, "I'm not sure when I can come". Leaving me NO opportunity to call someone else!! Pitiful customer service! |
