| Steve Swanson | Gary Cronin arrived on time in the morning. He had plastic coverings on his shoes to protect our floors. I explained why we needed service and showed our breaker box. He took immediate action to diagnose problem. He took the time to fully explain what caused my problem and quickly fixed the wiring that had faulted in the outside unit. He gave me some advice on what to look for in the future to ensure my system was working. He also did checks inside the house to make sure system was producing correct heat. Gary provided excellent customer service. |
