The bobbin isn't winding properly and the machine is jumping rather than running smoothly. It's unfortunate that I didn't start this project right after the service because now I don't feel I can take it back, not only that I can't wait another month for it to get fixed. The tune up cost me 126.04, yikes and a month wait time. Not a good experience for sure. I'm going to take my machines somewhere else even it's down to Richmond. |
