Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Monroe, Washington

We needed to upgrade all of our kitchen and laundry appliances. We shopped Home Depot and several appliance dealers in the greater Seattle area with mixed results. We were discouraged at the high prices and usually encountered lackluster to extremely poor customer service at over 7 different businesses. One of our neighbors recommended we try the Monroe Lowe's. They bought a new refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave from that store. They literally "raved" about a salesman by the name of Mike who helped them. We called to find out when Mike was working so we could make sure to work with him. Long story short, Mike answered all our questions on every appliance in great detail. He even gave us background information on the manufacturers and current trends. He was "Spot On" with excellent product knowledge and even made our over one hour purchasing experience very enjoyable! We fully furnished our new home with new appliances, saved over 2,400. and had them all delivered on time! Mike is truly that store's best salesman! We highly recommend Mike at the Lowe's in Monroe, WA if you need to buy major appliances!

Usually I have a good experience though they have one guy who likes to pretend specific tools for specific jobs don't exist - maybe to upsell me an installation or is maybe tool ignorant as I am. There is a really old fellow on the floor who helped me last time, knew about all the tools and parts that don't exist

I buy bird suet and walk around the store to dream of improvements! Nice staff but ordering online for pickup took a long time then I had to wait for a half hour at the store for someone to load it. All I ordered was 6 bags of garden soil and a hose! Prices are on the high side. I'll shop there but won't order online until they figure it out.
