They have given me outstanding customer service both in repairing my vacuum, giving me a loaner to use and helping me select a second option based on what my needs were and not how much the vacuum cost. Hard to find service like this these days and very much appreciated.

We bought our first vacuum from Lonnie in 2006 when our old Hoover bit the dust. He was patient and helpful and we bought our first Riccar. After 13 years, it needed repairs that probably weren't worth doing, although Lonnie would have done it had we asked. We bought another Riccar, he gave us a fair deal and I wouldn't go anywhere else for our vacuum. He understands what living with multiple dogs is like and what is the best vacuum for the job. Thank you Lonnie! I don't know what the reviewer who said the selection was poor and the shop was shabby was talking about, but don't let her bad review stop you from going to Countryside.
