| Patty McBride | We bought a brand new refrigerator. It was brand new until we got it in our home. The boy that delivered it scratched it up in 5 places. He didn't wrap it with anything. I was sick for a week and didn't want them to pick it up last Friday. Today they say they will not take it back until owner makes decision. We are putting home up for sale and we want a new refrigerator not one that's scratched and it's humming alot and clicks on and off slot all day. | Ginger Bernethy | We bought a used stove but have not had a chance to take it for a test drive yet but felt was still important to share about the service we recieved. We walked in a little bit after 2. We were greeted with a smile and asked how we could be helped. They pointed to the area we were looking for and then allowed the space to look around at our leisure. My kind of service! We went to them to see what time they closed to learn they closed at 2pm that day Sunday but their customers come first and they stayed open as long as someone needed. They went as far to stay open for us to go home and get a vehicle to transport a purchase. Needless to say they went out of their way to help us get what we needed done on that day even though they didnt have to. We will be thinking of them first for any other appliance needs in our future. Thank you ladies! |
