If they had asked what dryer I had, what was the issue ... they could have trouble shooted the repair and brought an element. This would result in Great Customer Service, less road time for Sears, less gas, less man power, more time to service others... but No, they would rather come back in 11 days to replace the element. 11 days... No that's not acceptable in my thought process. 14 days total to wait for a simple fix on my dryer. I'll be sure not to use them again. Dont give these big chain stores your money. Keep it local, family owned... My home warranty company sent them. I've asked for a better service company on my next service request., not Sears |
