Couldn't be easier. Appointment was 11-2 and Matt was ringing the doorbell at 1102. They send you a picture and trackers for their techs when they are on their way as well. Matt was super professional, diligent, and went WAY above what I expected. A simple install of a new outlet took 5 hours because of some issues found out it was not his fault but he didn't just give up on the project and did everything he could to make it work. Absolutely great quality and diligence on his part. We definitely recommend Appleton Campbell and Matt to anyone. If you are wondering: Matt gave us an upfront price before ever starting the work. He even had a parts guy run a part to our house. No inefficiency in their efforts. Cleanup was done like no work was ever performed. Bravo.

You always hear and read how good they are but when you finally get to experience it first hand you will be blown away. Appleton Campbell went above and beyond our expectations. Jason Williams and Justin Baron were prompt, courteous, and clean. The left everything cleaner than when they got here. They replaced our Hvac system at a great price and had it installed the next day. I would highly recommend the Appleton Campbell group for any of your needs. From the office staff to the technicians they are just the best at what they do. 5 stars across the board.

I am extremely satisfied with the service that I have received from Appleton Campbell. This morning we had an electrical inspection that was done by Glenn Griffin. Not only was he courteous and respectful in our home, but he went about doing his job unobtrusively. He discovered an issue which was really a plumbing issue, but he was knowledgeable enough to be able to give us his diagnosis of the problem, but he also sent a message to alert the plumber who happens to be scheduled for later today. I would be delighted to have Glenn Griffin come to my home again. Oh....and he brought his own shoe covers!!!
