Appliance Repair by Able Appliance Services in Warrenton, Virginia

Waited all day for the tech to show up. It's now 5pm and nobody has showed. The women who answered the phone couldn't find the tech.. Convenient for them... I see this is the standard operating procedure for these clowns..

This company is absolutely horrible. My warranty company sent them out to fix my washing machine. I never received a call from the company. When I called to make an appointment the man who the phone was extremely rude. I asked if I could have a time frame in the afternoon, he stated "hopefully" we will get someone out between your requested time. I called the morning of my appointment and he literally yelled at me and told me to stop bothering him or he would cancel my appointment. I received a phone call from the technician at 1 pm. He stated he was done for the day and he would not be waiting in a parking lot for 2 hours just to make my appointment and hung up on me. I called once again to try and figure things out, and got yelled at once again. Long story short, absolutely a horrible company to work with, extremely rude, not professional at all. A week later and they can't tell me anything about my part or when it will be delivered.
