Delightfully honest as well as competent! I called with an urgent problem regarding a leaking dishwasher; and would have gladly paid anything for a prompt service visit. He said he could send someone immediately, but to save me the cost of a visit he thought he could walk me through how to solve the problem over the phone. It worked! I now have a go-to company I can trust for appliance issues.

I had a great experience when I called Al about our relatively new dishwasher where the upper drawer was broken at the connection to the rolling tracks. Al was up front about the range and cost of possible options and then came out and fixed it for the lower end of the range he had discussed. He replaced plastic parts with metal and helped us get new life out of a dishwasher too new to replace yet. I would recommend these guys highly.
