Paul and his team are the best! They're reliable, on time, honest and great to work with! I wouldn't buy an appliance without getting their recommendation first.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Charged 260 to fix a 25 part on a 20 yr old dryer, when I could have got a replacement dryer for <100. Came out in July to fix the dryer and surprised me with a 100+ estimation fee that they had not mentioned until after they looked at the dryer to find a broken part that would have cost 25 for my kids' dad to replace had he not been deployed at the time. At that point I was so much in the hole to them I had to go ahead and have them fix it, for only for it to break again now in the same place : If they contact me to come back and make this right I will remove this negative review. As my kids' dad deploys a lot I am now used to service people who will see an opportunity to take advantage of a working mother of young children who is on her own, and that's exactly what they did.

My kitchen was renovated about 8 years ago and it's getting to that place where all the appliances are starting to have problems. Chad has been out twice in the past several months, once for my dishwasher which was not getting things clean and once for my refrigerator which was leaving little puddles on the floor. Both times he has been on time, and has been polite, friendly, and knowledgable. He's done the job right both times and always gives me useful advice on how to maintain my appliances properly. I will continue to use Master Appliance Service and I highly recommend them. FYI, they don't work on Wolf appliances which is too bad because that's my stove.
