| Ryan | Dropped off my Dustin vacuum and was called quickly with a quote and which included 40 worth of filters, a bit excessive but agreed to the work without the filters. The called to say that it was done and when I picked it up the bill was 20 more than the quote!?!?!? When asked why they said it was a miscommunication. Drove home plugged it in and it was making a very loud noise. Brought the vacuum back in and they said that the clutch, which is what they were supposed to fix was bad. What!?!? Waited for a call from them for 4 days to say that it was done and when we called they said that they forgot about it. Poor customer service all around. |
