Great experience! The place we bought our washer and dryer from couldn't take it upstairs and install it. We have two kids and wash was piling up. Express was great - they got it upstairs, installed everything fast and right, and there was not a scratch on either the walls or the washer dryer. Thank you!

We ordered all of our appliances for our new home just two years ago from Appliance Express. It was one big disappointment after another. The Ilve range was the wrong one, after months of waiting for the correct one to come it, it never worked properly. We had the serviceman half a dozen times in the first few months over trying to fix it. Not only is that not supposed to happen with a new range but hugely inconvenient. The refrigerator was the next to go. About a year after purchase the ice maker completely stopped working. We woke up one morning to a massive puddle on our wood floors, from all the ice melting in the freezer. A lot of money, and a few service calls later, it still does not run properly. The latest appliance to stop working is our washing machine- again, only two years old and we are being told we need to put in over 600 to fix it. What a disappointment. We tried to buy local, and Appliance Express has failed us in many ways. It's like this place sells refurbished junk. I advise everyone to stay away from this store. It has cost us a lot of money, time and inconvenience to buy from Appliance Express.
