I personally feel the quality of their signs and marketing materials have gone up while the quality of the craftsmanship in their products have gone down. Don't get me wrong, there are still good products, but clearly the products have gone down in quality to make mass production easier. Seems they are catering more towards manufacturing to achieve better margins than branding as the best products for we the consumers.

This is my favorite furniture store in St. George though I do prefer RC Willey in Vegas. Lots of variety. Clean, big, open store. I love everything about going here except the vultures sales people trying to warm their commissions. It's a bit much. But after telling about five of them I know how chairs work, I'm usually left relatively alone while looking around.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Won't ever step foot in here again. We walked in and they were super nice. But as we were looking around the person who was “helping” us was just walking around following us instead of actually helping us and showing us stuff. I could have bought something from here. I am a person not just another number.
