Don't let the low cost diagnostic fee fool you...I can't get a response after the first attempt to diagnose and fix the problem didn't work, which I paid full price for 90 when all that he did was put some caulk in a small spot. He claimed the service was guaranteed and that he would come back if we had further problems. I have tried calling the phone number multiple times over 10 times across 1 month. The tech answered one time and scheduled to come back out that week - never showed up and is now not answering again. Voicemail message says they are closed the rest of the week due to the holiday. What holiday? Also makes it clear they don't have voicemail. I have tried texting the number multiple times and no response. How can you run a business without answering the phone, not having voicemail or text?! Don't use this guy!

Had the most amazing experience when it comes to appliance repair. Being an older model and everything I was thinking in my head that it was gonna be astronomical to get it repaired.
