I needed a quick refrigerator repair and after calling several places Dave was able to get there the same day. He arrived within the time he stated and quickly found out what the problem was. The part took a couple days to arrive but when it did he came out again on the day the part arrived and replaced it. One part of the fridge worked but the other part did not so again another call to Dave. He gave me several ideas of what to do and after 24 hours of not working he came out again and found the problem and fixed it without any additional cost. Dave was helpful, friendly and although communicated through me worked with my wife who was home. I will diffidently call him again if I need appliance work.

I know appliance people get a bad rap for being late, but these guys never even showed up for the appointment to look at my washer. I called early in the week to schedule and they said they had an appointment on Friday. We waited and waited and they didn't come in the window they said they would. when I called AND texted them to let them know no one came they didn't respond. Very poor customer service. Don't waste your time here. I would have called someone else if I had known. Now I'm still stuck with a washer that doesn't work and I wasted a week.

Dave is amazing! Yesterday I called About our broken dryer. He was booked out until Thursdaytwo days later. I asked if it was possible if he could come any sooner and he said sure I'll come between 5 and 7 PM tonight. Well, he came a little after 7 PM about our broken dryer. He diagnosed a broken pulley and belt. So then he went and found the pulley which he didn't have in stock He thought he might have to order one but went and found one from another motor in storage and was able to transfer it to ours. Service above and beyond the 2nd mile! He Finished at 10:30 PM But when he left the dryer was up and running again allowing us to finish our loads for the day! That was amazing! I thought we would have to wait days to get the part ordered in. I've never had anyone go above and beyond like that for service at our house! Way to go Dave!
