That person calls in sick.....a lot, and no effort to find replacements is made. Any time I need help with my machine the process has taken way longer than they promise. Last week I was finally able to get a tech to my house after 3 months. So so so don't believe that Sears actually cares about their customers. |

| Brian Williams | Trying to make an official complaint to the company and their links sent me here first. Had a nightmare dealing with this company after 6 appointments 4 of which were kept -after all that our washing machine leaked and started flooding our neighbors basement and our landlord had us go through a different company and just replace our laundry combo. I won't be using sears again, after everything we went through their repair people made things go from bad to worse, I had to set aside my mornings and deal with this. They are good about honoring their 90 day guarantee, but I don't expect that I'll be getting my money back. |
