Susan Smith | Jenson is shady, unethical, and rips people off. We were charged over 1,000 to replace a 120 part. They left the premises for over 4 hours and charged us 80 per hour while gone, brought the wrong part back, left again and had to come back another day, meanwhile charging us 80 an hour for their incompetence. They also appear to be scamming the companies who offer warranties. Edit: You did receive enough information to remedy the situation and were given an opportunity to resolve it, but chose not to. Our representatives contacted you on numerous occasions, often not receiving a call back. When we did reach the right person, they chose not to resolve the amount over-charged. |
