Appliance Repair by Method Air in Draper, Utah

We had Scott come out to our house 1 time before and were very impressed with him. He is very knowledgeable, respectful and trusting. So when our furnace started to go out he was the first one we called and he came out the same day. He told us we could order in a new part, but seeing as how our furnace was already 14 years old it may not be worth the cost. We chose to order a new one. It was ordered and delivered to us within a couple of days. He and Sheldon came out - not only at the time he said, but even a little early - to install it and now our home is warm again. I would not hesitate to let these guys come into our home even when we aren't here. It's comforting to know of such skilled people that we can trust! We will definitely refer our friends to either of them.

Scott from Method Air went above and beyond for me. I needed a new furnace in my attic and in less than 24 hours he delivered. Now we don't have to be cold in the middle of winter. I've always been able to count on Method Air to be timely and professional. I know my heating and air is in good hands with them.

I would highly recommend Method Air to everyone! Great business to work with!! They helped us in the summer when our AC died on us. They were quick to replace our AC unit. Sheldon was great to work with. He was very honest in his work. Great price, great quality, great service! Just had them back out for a quick fix on our furnace. Will work with them again when we need to replace the furnace!!
