We started having problems with MOLD because they installed a unit on Padre Island without a dehumidifier. There were also areas in the attic that they failed to seal properly and the unit was mixing attic hot air with the cold air thus creating high humidity conditions in the house. We called repeatedly to come back and they wouldn't return our calls. |
