| Jackie Fay | It has been awhile since I have visited this store. It alway had a wonderful selection of fabric. And this time was no different. Amazing selection. My visit was awesome until I checked out. I purchased almost 50 worth of fabric. As a quilted, I was not shocked by the prices of quality quilting fabric. But I was shocked by what they place my fabric in. A used Lowe's plastic bag. I felt like I was at a thrifty store. I just spent 50 and the best you can do is a Lowe's bag? Come on. Your customers deserve better than that. The thought crossed my mind that maybe something oily or greasy was purchased from Lowe's and that is still in the bag. The last thing I want to worry about when buying quality fabric, is “will my fabric make it home without getting soiled?” Not sure I will be going back, they value my purchase so little, why would I want to go back? |
