| Barbara Savell | I'm still waiting to get my washer back from them. I've been without one for over a month. The issues may not all be their fault They were sent the wrong part and then it took 2 weeks to get the next one. I really think they only order on certain days which doesn't help the customer.The main issue so far I have with them is their lack of communication. They have never called to update me on the situation. The day I'm supposed to get my washer back comes and goes and I never hear from them. I've had to call them to find out what's going on. Good communication is vital in running a business and they don't have it! If the washer works when I'm supposed to get it next week Yes, another whole week!, I may upgrade my 1 star to 2. I will also say that I wasn't impressed with the serviceman who came out originally. |
| Kirk Barnhart | Very happy with our experience using Rockport Appliance Repair. They came out very quickly and got our machine back working but did advise of additional repairs. The ordered parts and once in picked up machine fixed at their shop and once repaired brought machine back and reinstalling it. Very professional! Will continue to use if needed again! |
