So i had someone stay at home all day waiting. We didn't hear from them until the 8. He said he might can make it to us the following Wednesday. They came Tuesday. Didn't let me know until they got to my house until he was there. So here is it 11/21 and still have not seen them. I called GE to complain. They didn't care. |

They are factory representatives for GE and LG so they have to be top notch to maintain the authorization. They replaced the pump on my LG washer at the price I had been told, quickly and efficiently. I know who to call for any future problems. It didnt hurt anything that they loved on my 2 shih tzu either! Thanks so much y'all!!! |
