I called back she was still rude and hung up... I just simply wanted to know where the extra 27 and some change was going. .. first and last time shopping with then. Didn't even purchase the part after that BS. |

Called last week to schedule someone to look at out leaky washer and they said they could come out this week, and they'd call. Never did. Called every day this week to be told the same thing. Today when we called and spoke to the woman on the phone? "Call someone else, there are lots of people in front of you". So now we have been without a washing machine for over a week with 5 people living here, and have start over. Unbelievable. |
