The technician showed up on time after calling to tell us he was on his way, which was helpful since the window of time was 4 hours. He diagnosed problems with both the washing machine and dryer in under an hour, pulled up the replacement parts on his iPad and was able to tell me EXACTLY what the whole repair would cost upfront before I decided to pull the trigger. He ordered the parts and returned the next morning to finish the repairs, which took under 1 hour. Completely professional and courteous, what a delightful experience. I highly recommend these guys! |
