| Matt Carducci | Does not tell the truth. We made an appointment with this company for a repair, and the day of I called to get a closer time estimate. The primary problem I have is that the technician lied to me. I returned a call to him at 12:37 and asked what time he had called me back, and he said it had been an hour ago. I looked at the time stamp on the voicemail he left and it was 12:23pm. Nevertheless, I made every effort to be back in time for the appointment. He arrived and then left right before I did. Obviously they must have enough business that my business nor my review is important to them. |
