Appliance Repair by Clement’s Appliance Inc in New Braunfels, Texas

Does not tell the truth. We made an appointment with this company for a repair, and the day of I called to get a closer time estimate. The primary problem I have is that the technician lied to me. I returned a call to him at 12:37 and asked what time he had called me back, and he said it had been an hour ago. I looked at the time stamp on the voicemail he left and it was 12:23pm. Nevertheless, I made every effort to be back in time for the appointment. He arrived and then left right before I did. Obviously they must have enough business that my business nor my review is important to them.

much cheaper then competition called on thurs morning for washing machine not working. i was lucky to get appointment in less than hour. came out diagnosed the issue didnt give me the run around and had it fixed the next day.. they where very honest and affordable. will use again in the future.
