| Pam Slagle | Called to have Jerry come look at a new dishwasher that was not working correctly. He charged me 86 dollars to come out and run it and tell me that I needed to run hot water in sink prior to turning on the dishwasher!!!! What an idiot. It had been working fine and then would be intermittent with washing so think there was another problem. Told him I would try it and I would be calling him back because I did not think that was the problem. So sure enough on the second load it did not correctly wash the dishes and this was on a weekend. I called him back on a Monday and told him that it was not fixed. He stated that it was probably the pump and he would get me a quote and call me back. I waited another week and had to call him again. Then he came up with a "random" number of 400 to replace the pump. The problem is that I had to call him back and this is totally POOR customer service. I would not recommend this guy at all. |
