| Lisa Lee Cook | Very knowledgeable and HONEST! My outside unit was making a loud noise. I phoned around 8:30am and fortunately they were available. Service Reps, Trey and Shaun showed up about an hour and half later. Both were very courteous and conscientious taking time to check everything. What I thought was going to be was nothing to worry about. They checked everything in and out. Trey informed me that the unit may need some repairs in the future but not anything urgent. Without getting technical, they fixed the noise problem and checked everything out. I am so happy that our neighbor referred us to Huntsville Air Conditioning. Also, the receptionist/appointment setter was very cheerful and polite! I highly recommend this AC company! |
