| Ju | DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I was sold a Maytag washer and dryer for 299. I chose to pick it up since I had a moving truck already. The very first day we plugged in the washer, it did not work. Since I picked up the washer myself, they would not send a technician to my home to repair the broken washer I was sold. They told me the warranty was only valid in-store. And suggested that it was my fault the washer was not working. |

| Savannah Helou | Rather not even give this place a star. We bought a refrigerator two days, brought it home. We plugged it in and as soon as we did an alarm was going letting us know that something was broken. We was able to stop the alarm in hopes that it would begin to cool. But waking up the next morning the alarm was back and the fridge and freezer was hotter then our house. Spent all day Friday trying to get this place to fix the problem, they did send a technician out to replace the control board because that's what they thought was wrong. The tech said to wait four hours to see if starts to cool. Well of course it didn't. Now it's Saturday morning already called the place and they said no one could get to it until MONDAY. We asked if we could bring it back and get a replacement one but they wouldn't call someone to get it approved. So now we're out of fridge once again. |
