| Kevin Holmes | I called ARS about a broken sewer pipe and they came out and performed the work on 2/22/2019. While digging to fix the broken pipe, they broke one of my irrigation system pipes. I was informed by a guy name Joseph that it would get fixed since they broke it. They came back out on 2/23/2019 to finish up the job. By the time I got home, the hole was already covered back with the dirt and grass so I just knew that they fixed the pipe they broke. I hadn't used my irrigation system since. Just a few days ago I went to use my irrigation system and noticed that something wasn't right because some sprinkler heads were not working properly and I had a puddle of water where they did the work. I contact an irrigation system company to come and check things out. After digging and looking into the issue, instead of ARS fixing my broken irrigation system pipe, ARS decided to use duct tape to piece back my broken pipe have pictures of before and after. I definitely will not be contacting them about plumbing again or even refer them to anyone. Their fix was so unprofessional, lazy, and tacky, I was lost for words. They must have thought that I would never find out how they called themselves fixing the broken irrigation system pipe. So now I'm having to pay for something that I didn't break. |
