| Myra Ashbrook | If you purchase a clothes dryer here they charge 15.00 for the dryer hose. In my opinion it should come with it. You will not be informed of that transaction until they get ready to set it up. I bought a used dryer. Cannot complain about it. Works great. The guys were very polite and helpful. When I saw the dryer hose I thought I was getting a new one, No cost 15.00. I used my old one. Delivery is plenty high to cover that. This company needs to add that transaction on their advertisement on the internet and also put it in writing on the contract. Other than that all is well. |
| heriberto martinez | I had a horrible experience. I dropped off my dryer on Wednesday to get fixed. I called them back that Friday for an update on my dryer. They told me they would call me back and they NEVER called back. I called them on Saturday and they just kept making up excuses as to why they wouldn't tell me what was wrong with my dryer. I NEVER got a call back. I was finally tired of them not telling me anything and went to pick it up on Monday because they did nothing to fix my dryer. The company has very bad customer service. When I went to pick up the dryer they did not apologize or no sort of sorry. OVERALL DO NOT COME HERE TO GET ANYTHING FIXED, it's a waste of time. If it was possible to give this company zero stars I would. |
