Well what more can I say except that they gave me an excellent repair work. Read many good reviews about them which every one of them is well deserved. My phone call was answered politely and professionally by their customer operator which set me a same day appointment. Service guy came on time and well prepared. He finished the job in no time and we got a reasonable price for the job. I'll highly suggest them to my friends.

Their services was absolutely fabulous and worth every penny I paid. I called them up for an emergency fix on my fridge and their technician came on time the next day as scheduled. He was very polite and fast. He repaired my fridge in no time and throw in a one year warranty for the parts and labor. He even cleaned up the mess around the fridge and it was cleaner than before. I couldn't ask for more. I will totally recommend them greatly!

Worst repair experience ever! The most unprofessional, unethical company I've ever dealt with. They broke my washing machine and refuse to fix it. A Bargain Appliance Repair hired to replace washing machine gasket so clothes would not smell moldy - NO operational issues until they worked it. First appt, machine taken apart to replace gasket -- next day water leaking from underneath and detergent leaking from front load door. Second appt, tech takes machine apart to repair leaks - next day machine so loud it sounds like a helicopter during spin cycles and soon after makes a huge thud and stops working completely. Third appt, tech gets machine working and is quieter but within a few days the spin cycle is no longer wringing clothes out as it should. I pull machine from wall and find that a broken concrete stabilization bar that is supposed to be INSIDE my machine, has been removed and HIDDEN behind my dryer without my knowledge or consent. Houston management refuses to address my issue unless I pay for a repair appt to correct the problem and fraudulent repair that their tech created. The most unprofessional, unethical company I've ever dealt with.
