| Chris Medford | I'm buying a bed from the store in Ripley, TN and they have been supposed to have come out to fix the frame for the past 4 days now and they still haven't. I was told that they would be here between 3 and 7 Thursday and they never showed. They showed up at least an hour late on Friday and brought the wrong piece despite me telling them what piece they needed AND showing them pictures. They told me that they had to go get the correct piece from dyersburg, but I would be first on the list Saturday and they would be here between 9 and 11 but they never showed. I am VERY unsatisfied with my service from there. |

| Roger Spicer | Aaron's in ripley Tn is a joke, my opinion is you should find another Aarons to go to if you must use them. They will lie to you and never keep there word. Not the company just the so called management and especially the assistant's. Dont take there word for anything, trust me they will lie! The lies they tell are stupid and uncalled for except for the military discount I was told I would get and didn't, but hey if you want excuses and lies go to Aaron's in Ripley tn. Sent my stuff back and will never use them again. |
